Bronze: Online Coaching
Due to popular demand ‘Old School Scientific Powerlifting’ offers online coaching. This option will allow you as an athlete outside of the Netherlands or on a smaller budget to still get personalised and progressive coaching.
It is recommended to add some physical coaching into your package too. Working in a sport like powerlifting, or strength training in general, it is key to have a perfect technique. It can be better analysed in person, and this is why I offer it at al lower fee. I value it a lot.
But, if you select online coaching, you will get my full attention too of course. And if you give me your maximum effort, you will get results you were not able to achieve before!

The online coaching package will start after the second meeting. I will develop an individual program specifically designed for your strengths and weaknesses.
It will contain:
An online excel template made specifically for you to keep track of all your progress and write down notes for you and me. All your programming will be in here as well.
A mobility work protocol based on any mobility issues that we uncovered for either at home or during your warm-up. Also: a warm-up protocol for every session!
A workout program with progressive overload written out in full detail. From the resting in between sets, up to your subjective intensity estimate and objective intensity based of your own max lifts.
A nutrition-guide as specific as you want it to be. Whether its just your calories, your macro’s or specific meals for specific times. Your choice!
A guide in supplementation based on your needs and evidence-based research.
Weekly contact via e-mail or WhatsApp to discuss your progress, make adjustments, answer questions and discuss recorded sessions for technique.
Video contact every two weeks to discuss the process in detail.
Tools to track your weekly progress, measure you subjective intensity via the RPE system and record your own lifts for analysis

The silver package contains the following:
Everything from the bronze package
A physical second meeting to test mobility, strength and body measurements and get to know each other right where we belong. In the gym!
Optional physical sessions with me once or twice a month. One session will take 1,5 hours.
Unlimited contact with me via WhatsApp. Any questions, suggestions or requests to yell at you are allowed!
If you are a powerlifter we will make a peaking program for 10-12 weeks to ensure you are prepared to step onto that platform.
We will test your openers during the final week of your peaking program.
If your competition is in the Netherlands, I will be available to coach you on your competition day and be with you all the way*.
* This will have to be planned beforehand to ensure correct programming and availability. Putting chalk on your but is optional.
Gold: The full Commitment
During the consultation you can propose the desired amount of coaching sessions. Plan up to three coaching sessions a week!
If you decide for more than one session per week, you will get an extra discount!
And if you go for the full three sessions per week your TOPFIT-subscription is free and you will get a second S.O.S. Powerlifting outfit

1:1 coaching sessions with a bare minimum of once every week (6 hours of physical coaching!)
Peaking program with a session to test your openers
Full personal commitment as much as you desire (or can handle)
If you are competing in Europe I will join you on your journey*
*This will have to be planned beforehand to ensure a budget and time is available. If your competition is on a different continent, then we shall discuss what is possible.
Technical session or learn about Equipped powerlifting
Duration: 90 minutes

Do you want a single technical session or perhaps learn about Equipped powerlifting?
During an individual technique session we will work on whatever exercises you want.
Get coaching cues that are specifically for you
Get in-person feedback
During an Equipped session you will get an introduction to the equipment using knee wraps or a Bench shirt*. Squat suits are limited in size and cannot be used in the first session.
* The benchpress shirts are specific sizes. Size 42-56 is available. A guess at your size will be done beforehand
